If you have not obtained the authorization of a parent, tutor or legal guardian, you will be able to keep your Verse account active (without moving money) and when you turn 18 years old you will be able to use all the app's functionalities again.
In case you have been given the authorization, but we have not been able to validate it, you can write to us at hello@verse.me, and we will try to assist you as soon as possible. If the identity document of your parents, tutor or legal guardian does not prove your relationship, we may need to ask you to provide us with additional information.
Please note that, for the time being, accounts for minors are only available to existing users (i.e. those who opened their account before October 2022). But fear not, we hope to re-enable accounts for minors in the coming months! 💙
