The countries in which our payment services are available, being a *minor and having obtained parental authorization, are Spain, Italy and Portugal. It is very important to note that you will only be able to verify your account if you are a national of one of these countries, that is, if you have a Spanish, Italian or Portuguese ID card. Other documents such as NIE, residence permit or passport will not be valid.
*For the moment, accounts for minors are only available to existing users (i.e. those who opened their account before October 2022). But fear not, we hope to re-enable accounts for minors in the coming months! 💙
