If I have made a transfer to my VerseCard and have not received it yet, what can I do?

If after 7 business days you still have not received the money, please email us and attach the receipt of the transaction.

It is important that the following information appears: amount, date and merchant. It will help us to better understand if there has been any problem with the reception of the transfer 💪🏼.
