Why has my account been blocked?

We understand that there's nothing more frustrating than logging into Verse and seeing that your account has been blocked, especially if you think you've done nothing wrong. We get it.

It's very important for you to know that our priority is always to protect you and your money. We want to offer you safe and legal financial services, and to do so we sometimes have to restrict (or even close) an account that doesn't meet certain requirements.
