My card has been stolen or I suspect that my card details have been stolen, what should I do?

If your VerseCard has been stolen, or you suspect that your card details have been stolen, firstly, we recommend you to block it from the Verse app. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the VerseCard tab on your Verse app home screen.
  2. Tap the image of your VerseCard.
  3. Select 'block card'.

In case of theft or suspected fraud, first block your VerseCard, and then please send us a request so that we can assist you as soon as possible 💪🏻. If you have lost it and then find it, as long as you have not deleted it, you can unlock it and use it again 😄.

Remember that you are responsible for your card details and should not share them with anyone.
