My card has been stolen or I suspect that my card details have been stolen, what should I do?

⚠️ First of all you will have to enter our app and block your card. You can do this in the “VerseCard” section of your application (go to your Profile in the upper right, and then go to the “VerseCard” section, and then press the “Block Card” button).

If you are sure that your card is compromised after blocking it, you can delete it and request a new one. Alternatively, if you find it you can unlock it and use it again. Remember that you are responsible for your card details and should not share them with anyone.
