The contract that governs the application and all matters related to the use of your VerseCard is the Verse Mastercard Debit Card Terms and Conditions (the “VerseCard Terms”), which you can find in the Legal section from our website, and also through our application.
By accepting a VerseCard application through our application, the user accepts the VerseCard Terms and Conditions, which together with the other terms and conditions applicable to our services, form a contract between:
✧ The Verse user, holder of the Verse Payments Lithuania UAB MasterCard debit card and, also, holder of a Verse Payments Lithuania UAB payment account associated with said card, and
✧ we, Verse Payments Lithuania UAB, a limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with company code 304932396, and registered office at Workland G9, Gedimino pr. 9 (4 aukštas), LT-01105, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.
