How do I file a claim for a reimbursement that I never received?

If you want to dispute a payment that you have made with the VerseCard, you will have to contact the merchant where you made the purchase to request a refund.

If you do not receive a response from the merchant, you will have the option to file a formal claim with us. This will require you to provide us with proof of your attempts to contact the merchant and detailed information about the charge.
