If you noticed a VerseCard payment you did not authorize, we recommend you to reach out to the merchant immediately to cancel the transaction. Once canceled, it can take up to 7 business days for Verse to receive the refund.
If you do not receive a response from the merchant, you will have the possibility to file a formal claim with us. To do so, you will need to provide us with evidence of your attempts to contact the merchant, such as screenshots of the emails sent, as well as detailed information about the charge. Once you have this information, please email us a email@example.com.
If you need to prevent further VerseCard transactions, delete your VerseCard via the app and activate a new one:
- Tap the VerseCard tab on your Verse app home screen
- Tap the image of your VerseCard
- Select 'Card options'
- Tap 'Delete card'
