What if I get erroneously charged?

Don't worry, in case you receive an erroneous charge, write to us at hello@verse.me and our team will review it.

💡 In this case, please tell us the ID of the transaction associated with that charge, the company and the amount. We have eight weeks to return it without explanation, except when the reason is fraud. In this case, we have even more time, although we will always try to act as quickly as possible to solve your problem. Whatever the case, we will solve it for you as quickly as possible 🤗.
