My transfer is in review. Why did this happen?

To protect our customers and provide quality service, we reserve the right to randomly review some transfers. Their status will be 'Pending' until our internal review process has been completed. Once reviewed by our team, the transaction will automatically appear as 'Completed'.

Keep in mind that the review process will not take more than 24 hours from the date of the transfer. Don't worry, your money is on its way 🚀!
