I have requested the “instant transfers” option but it has not been immediately credited to the destination account. What happened?

If the destination bank does not accept instant transfers, the operation will be issued in standard mode (common or regular transfer). In these cases, you will see that the transfer appears as 'Sent' in the application, but in reality it will take up to two days business days to be credited to the recipient's account.

⚠️ Please note that transfers issued in a currency other than the Euro may take up to five business days.
