In the event that the destination bank rejects the transfer, the return process can take from 48 hours to 30 business days. The length of time depends on the type of return made by the bank.
If the destination bank has confirmed that the return has been made, please send us the receipt so that we can check the status of the return 🤓. It is important that the following information appears on the receipt:
✧ Identifier of the bank of the transaction.
✧ Date of the transaction.
✧ Amount.
✧ Original IBAN.
✧ Destination IBAN.
