I bought a product with my debit card from a merchant or person who is not a Verse user and I have not received it. I suspect that I have been the target of a scam. Can I cancel the purchase or request a refund of the amount of my purchase?

⚠️ It is not possible to cancel a purchase once it has been executed. If you think you've been scammed, you need to contact hello@verse.me, so we can check if it's possible to dispute the transaction and try to get a refund.
