If someone sends money to your deleted Verse account, the transaction will not be successful. There are two potential situations to consider:
- In the event that someone transfers money to your Verse IBAN, it may take up to 7 business days to receive a refund. We recommend updating your account information with the sender to prevent this situation from occurring again.
- For refunds made to your VerseCard, please provide us with the transaction date, amount, merchant name, card number receiving the refund, phone number of your previous Verse account where the refund is expected, along with the transfer or refund receipt.
