Why can't I delete my account?

There could be various reasons why you are unable to delete your account. Here are a few possibilities:

1. There may be pending transactions. If you have any pending transactions, you won't be able to delete your account until they are completed.
   
2. You may still have balance. If you have balance on your account, you won't be able to delete it until the balance is €0.
   
3. Technical issues. There could be technical issues with the app that are preventing you from deleting your account. In this case, try deleting your account again later.
   
4. Your account balance might be distributed across multiple wallets. Prior to withdrawing the funds and reducing your account balance to €0, please ensure that the full balance has been moved to the main wallet.
