Why haven't I been credited with the cashback for my purchase?

Please note that occasionally cashbacks may be delayed due to the high volume of transactions.

If more than 72 hours have passed, and you still haven't received it, please email us with the transaction details (transaction ID, member merchant name and address) so that we can look into what may have happened.

💡️ Remember that only payments made with the VerseCard through Google Pay / Apple Pay or with the physical card are valid. Payments made through other financial entities will not be valid.
